![]() ![]() I checked the Programs and Features list for Office 365 and clicked change again. I got a message asking me to choose which app to use to open. I assumed it was complete so I tried to open an Excel file. When I ran the online repair and came back to look at the screen, there was no results from the repair. We ran the online repair as you mentioned above. xlsm workbooks from 20 with the same results. These are workbooks that they've been using for years, not new files. However, these clients can't open any of their other macro enabled workbooks. I've tried creating a new macro-enabled workbook and I can successfully do that. The affected machines try to open a macro enabled workbook and the animated blue circle appears - letting you know Excel is "busy." You can wait but it never goes away and Excel never responds. It's happening on two of their machines so far, but not on our machines in our office. They are running the latest build of Office 365: Version 1609 Build 7369.2038 Windows 10 computers running Office 2016 x 365 Seems to have happened this last few days or so. We are seeing this exact same issue on client's computers as well. ![]()
